Customers are responsible for:

• Choosing the correct product size and design for their dog
• Reading and following all product instructions
• Properly securing the device before use
• Supervising their dog while the device is being worn
• Discontinuing use if the dog shows discomfort, irritation, distress, or difficulty moving
• Safely handling, transferring, and disposing of collected urine and used collection materials

Consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your dog’s health, whether a urine sample is needed, how it should be collected, and how quickly it must be delivered for testing.

Results may vary depending on the dog’s size, movement, anatomy, fit of the device, and correct use. We do not guarantee that every use will produce a complete or diagnostically usable sample.

Handmade Products

Each EZ PEE-ZY PUP CUP is currently assembled by hand. Minor variations in appearance, stitching, placement, measurements, or finish may occur. These natural variations do not affect the product’s intended function and are not considered defects.

Because products are handmade, preparation and processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. Current processing estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and Payment

When online ordering becomes available, customers must provide complete and accurate billing, contact, sizing, and shipping information.

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unavailable materials, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, photographs, prices, and availability. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, available materials, handmade construction, or screen settings.

We may correct errors and update product information, pricing, or availability at any time. Changes will not affect an order already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error or agreed to by the customer.

Shipping

Order processing, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, address corrections, and damaged or missing shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify the customer, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer the option to cancel the affected order for a refund.

Returns and Refunds
