Shipping Policy

EZ PEE-ZY PUP CUP is committed to preparing and shipping every order with care.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after receiving the tracking number.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting an order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at ezpeezypupcup@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. However, we will assist customers with available tracking information and carrier claims when possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
