Refund Policy

EZ PEE-ZY PUP CUP wants you to feel confident about your purchase. Because our products are handmade and intended for sanitary pet use, the following conditions apply.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and in their original packaging. Items that have touched an animal or bodily fluids cannot be returned or exchanged for health and sanitation reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Sizing

Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order. An unused and unworn product may be exchanged for another size if the request is made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs unless we sent the wrong size or item.

Handmade Products

Each EZ PEE-ZY PUP CUP is currently assembled by hand. Minor differences in stitching, measurements, placement, color, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s intended function.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products that have touched an animal or bodily fluids
• Opened or used collection bags or sanitary components
• Items returned without prior approval
• Custom-sized or personalized items, if offered, unless defective or incorrect
• Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are handmade, we cannot guarantee cancellation once preparation or processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Return

Email ezpeezypupcup@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for the return, and photographs when applicable. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return packages.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
